About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at Consunet Pty Ltd. As a key member of our HR and Recruitment team, you will play a critical role in shaping our organizational culture and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Organizational Culture: Develop and implement strategies to foster a high-performance culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
  • Coach and Mentor Leaders: Provide guidance and support to leaders on performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Lead Employee Development: Design and deliver employee development programs, including training, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.
  • Implement HR Best Practices: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Contribute to Business Transformation: Partner with business leaders to drive business transformation, change management, and systems integration initiatives.
  • Provide HR Support: Offer expert HR advice and guidance to business leaders, including support on industrial relations matters.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a strong track record of success in HR leadership roles, with a focus on organizational culture, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Expertise in HR Disciplines: Possess extensive experience in HR disciplines, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and change management.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex HR concepts to non-HR stakeholders.
  • Discretion and Confidentiality: Possess discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee matters.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate a proactive mindset with a strategic approach to organizational growth and development.
  • Coaching and Development: Be passionate about coaching and developing managers in HR and talent development.
  • Self-Directed and Organized: Be self-directed with exceptional organizational skills to meet competing deadlines.
