Maritime Project Manager

As a key member of our project team, you will play a vital role in overseeing construction site supervision and contract management services for rehabilitation, repair, and new development maritime construction projects.

You will work closely with other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of input from various parts of the business on multi-disciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert oversight of full-time and part-time construction site supervision and contract management services for rehabilitation, repair, and new development maritime construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new project opportunities and ensure successful delivery of existing projects.
  • Collaborate with project team members to facilitate incorporation of input from various parts of the business on multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Manage and act as Owner's Representative for active Marine Projects including Concrete caisson wharf structures, Open Berth structures, berthing and mooring dolphins, access trestles, jetties, sheet pile bulkhead wharf, walls, and wood cribs wharves.
  • Coordinate drawing development with technical staff and complete thorough reviews of drawings.
  • Review project documentation to verify clarity, accuracy, consistency in presentation, and compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, and finances to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal project support groups.
