We offer a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our customers with remote- or onsite technical assistance, logistics, and supply chain coordination.

This is an exciting position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking on challenges. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Operations Manager and account managers to manage the entire warranty process or commercial Project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the execution of commercial projects from initiation to completion, including writing specifications for larger commercial projects.
  • Provide warranty support across multiple vessels and a wide variety of customers.
  • Assess and respond to incoming warranty requests from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offer proactive solutions and proposals to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and occasionally supervise service activities on-site.
  • Ensure technical preparation of assignments, including planning, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Deliver remote and on-site technical support to customers as required
What You Bring:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Engineering qualification at bachelor's level or equivalent working level.
  • 5+ years' experience in a maritime, mechanical- or electrical engineering service organization.
  • Project Management experience will be a benefit.
  • Hands-on experience in the technical domain, maritime experience will be a benefit.
  • Decisive yet flexible in your approach, working methodically.
  • Pragmatic and persuasive with a solid personality, fitting within a dynamic organization.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is an asset)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
