Project Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our projects from inception to delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of program planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement program strategies in alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams including engineering, logistics, security, and systems integration.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to support program success.
- Oversee contracts, reporting, milestones, and compliance with relevant standards.
To be successful in this role, you will bring a balanced mix of structure and adaptability, and value clarity, collaboration, and progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Procurement, or Defence-related fields.
- Experience managing complex programs within the Land and Maritime domains.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
