Join Our Collaborative and Supportive Team

We are currently seeking a Structural Drafter / Designer (Junior to Mid-Level) to join our growing team. This role is based in our Melbourne office. As part of this role, you will work closely with our BIM Manager, drafting team, and structural engineers, contributing to the delivery of high-quality structural drawings and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities

· Produce structural design documentation and 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.

· Collaborate with our BIM Manager, engineers and the drafting team for successful project outcomes.

· Contribute to the development and standardisation of drafting and modelling systems.

· Follow CAD/BIM standards and assist in maintaining documentation consistency.

· Bring innovative ideas and technical creativity to the national structural team.

About You – Our Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong mix of technical capability and a collaborative spirit. Key requirements include:

· Australian citizenship or valid visa with permission to work in Australia.

· Proven experience in structural drafting and BIM modelling (1 to 5 years desirable).

· Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

· Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

· Sound understanding of structural systems and construction processes

· Familiar with BIM workflows and coordination practices

· Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently within a team setting

· A proactive, team-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
