Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled, results-driven individual who excels in business development. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Converting leads into new business partnerships
  • Prospecting for new opportunities within the existing database and through effective networking
  • Creating and maintaining a qualified pipeline of business prospects
  • Adhering to set weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all rental property appraisals and new property management listings obtained
Key Skills and Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be proactive and motivated
  • Previous experience within Real Estate (Leasing, Property Management, Sales)
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • The ability to thrive in a professional and fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented
  • Must be presentable
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle full-time
  • Certified Agents Representative certificate or Certificate 4 in Real Estate Services
