What you'll contribute to
This role is based in Altona and is on a Permanent basis.
As our Senior Accessory Inventory Specialist, you'll be the mastermind behind making sure the right accessories are in the right place at the right time.
From balancing supply and demand to working closely with suppliers and dealerships, you'll help keep things moving smoothly - with plenty of variety, problem-solving, and opportunities to make a real impact.
How you'll make an impact

Coordinate the flow of accessories across our Dealer network and export customers to keep stock levels healthy and customers happy
Dive into data and KPIs to guide smarter inventory decisions and improve forecasting
Partner with suppliers (local and overseas) to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of accessories
Lead cross-functional projects and guide team members to drive proactive stock management and backorder resolution
Facilitate key stakeholder forums to ensure everyone stays aligned and on track

Your attributes - If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you

A degree in Business, Logistics or equivalent experience in supply chain/aftersales
5+ years' experience in the automotive industry with a focus on logistics or inventory
A natural leader - you're confident guiding others and bringing teams together to get things done
Analytical, organised and proactive - you love solving problems and improving systems
Excellent communicator who's comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
