About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Business Growth Specialist to spearhead our market expansion efforts in the cold storage sector.

  • Market Development: Conceptualize and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue generation.
  • Opportunity Pursuit: Identify and cultivate new commercial ventures through market analysis, lead generation, and targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cold Chain Solution Delivery: Collaborate across departments to develop bespoke cold storage solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Temperature Monitoring & Maintenance Coordination: Understand and communicate the importance of stringent temperature control.
  • Troubleshooting Temperature Issues: Liaise with teams to identify and resolve deviations from required temperature ranges.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to understand and communicate maintenance schedules.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead and conclude contract negotiations to secure profitable agreements.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to refine sales methodologies.
