Job Title: Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Partnership Development Specialist.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a holistic community approach focused on creating seamless, place-based support for children and families.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic infrastructure design decisions that support high-quality early years services and align with key frameworks and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Early Years Partnership Framework by providing expert regulatory advice, overseeing service agreements, and managing proposals.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with community organisations, developers, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Family and Sector Partnerships team to develop and deliver clear project briefs, action plans, and communication strategies.
  • Monitor service provider performance, ensure effective use of resources, and champion continuous improvement to boost service quality and efficiency.
Key Requirements:
  • A degree or diploma in a relevant discipline such as community development, public policy, public health, social sciences, or a related field, with some relevant experience or lesser formal qualifications and substantial relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and facilitating partnerships to build relationships and achieve joint outcomes.
  • Experience working collaboratively with community groups, businesses, and organisations to achieve joint outcomes.
