Unlock Your Potential as a Senior Inventory Specialist
This role is an exciting opportunity to take charge of inventory management, working closely with suppliers and dealerships to ensure seamless operations.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the flow of accessories across the dealer network and export customers to maintain healthy stock levels and customer satisfaction.
- Diving into data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide smarter inventory decisions and improve forecasting.
- Partnering with local and overseas suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of accessories.
- Leading cross-functional projects and guiding team members to drive proactive stock management and backorder resolution.
- Facilitating key stakeholder forums to ensure alignment and progress.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in business, logistics, or equivalent experience in supply chain/aftersales.
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry with a focus on logistics or inventory.
- Natural leadership skills, confidence in guiding others, and ability to bring teams together.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and proactive skills to solve problems and improve systems.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
