The Australian Football League Stores are seeking a dynamic Store Business Development Manager to drive business and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for fans.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven leader with a passion for people, sports, and retail sales. The successful candidate will be accountable for merchandising, operations, customer service, and people management while ensuring that store presentation, expenses, and wage costs meet business standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets by developing creative plans to increase sales and decrease loss
  • Lead a team to succeed in achieving productivity, sales, and product knowledge
  • Schedule staff rosters to meet operational and cost efficiencies
  • Ensure proactive stock management and store presentation to achieve visual excellence
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and manage general store administration, cash handling, and banking
  • Liaise regularly with key stakeholders
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in retail management and be available to work a Tuesday-Saturday roster and public holidays when required.
