About the Role

We are seeking a talented Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering a sustainable price, promotion, assortment, and trade spend strategy to optimize revenue and return for our business and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust pricing strategy that incorporates brand vision, current market dynamics, and competitor activity.
  • Quantify the financial impact of short-, medium-, and long-term pricing movements.
  • Lead the strategic plan for CPI increases twice annually for the On-Premise channel.
  • Create promotional strategies and mechanics for the On-Premise channel.
  • Identify risks and opportunities on trade spend efficiency and embed an ROI culture.
  • Drive greater commercial and financial acumen across our sales, marketing, and finance teams.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience developing budgets and managing profit outcomes is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, develop strategic plans, and gain alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated communication and business partnering skills, along with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
  • Previous experience working within Revenue Growth Management or Category is highly regarded.
  • Experience working with and knowledge of the On-Premise channel is preferred but not essential.
