About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team at AirTree Ventures Pty. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead the development and execution of cross-functional performance marketing programs
  • Partner with search, social, display, mobile, and other channels to optimize performance marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with data team to build reporting capabilities and track learnings across teams
  • Work with finance partners to manage performance marketing budget and set forecasts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and leading cross-functional performance marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, data analytics, and product analytics
  • Ability to analyze data and synthesize key learnings to inform marketing strategy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience managing large budgets and expanding channels spent within efficiency guardrails
