**About the Role**

Robert Walters Australia is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Integration Lead to join our team for a 4-month contract. This exciting opportunity will enable you to capitalise on significant growth opportunities in the Australia and New Zealand markets by accelerating the adoption of digital services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Develop a detailed, risk-based plan to integrate compliance functions and create a best-in-class team that upholds the highest standards and culture.
  2. Arrange and oversee training for colleagues on key compliance policies, standards, and processes.
  3. Work closely with colleagues across the business to identify and manage risks and issues arising throughout the integration process.
  4. Report on progress of the integration plan, proposing actions to mitigate any delivery risks, issues, or dependencies identified.
  5. Ensure that colleagues can successfully and confidently identify and apply policies to their day-to-day work.

**Requirements**

  1. Excellent personal organisation, with the ability to plan and deliver projects at pace.
  2. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels of seniority.
  3. Attention to detail and keen analytical ability.
  4. Consulting skills – ability to identify who to consult; what information or insight is needed from them; and what relevant questions to ask.
  5. Problem-solving skills and an ability to devise practical, pragmatic solutions.
