We are seeking a skilled HL7 FHIR Integration Consultant to join our team at Integration Works. As a key member of our integration team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering integration solutions, including coding and configuration, to meet and exceed our clients\u2019 expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver integration solutions, including coding and configuration, to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Retain a holistic view of the solution while working on lower-level details.
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner to senior integration consultants or team leads.
  • Work with clients with minimal supervision, providing professional customer service and clear communication.
  • Develop and deliver code and configuration to a high standard, including documentation and unit testing.
  • Follow prescribed coding standards and ensure code is version controlled.
  • Participate in code reviews and work in a peer programming environment.
  • Provide professional customer service, ensuring clear and appropriate communication at all times.
  • Act with professionalism at all times on client sites and in the office.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-4 years development experience in the IT industry.
  • Solid experience in working with HL7 FHIR in the Healthcare industry.
  • Experience in creating APIs from scratch.
  • Strong orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Reliable and able to produce high-quality work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage work processes and proactively manage situations to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in preparing client/service documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook computer skills.
  • Understanding of web services, including SOAP and REST.
  • Version control experience with subversion or Git.
  • Ideal Java development experience.
