About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Awards and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Humanforce. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our compliance with industry regulations and awards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Award and Compliance Library: Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of awards and compliance information for all stakeholders across the organization.
  • Monitor and Curate Regulatory Changes: Stay up-to-date with regulatory and industry changes, including award-specific and general compliance-related updates.
  • Internal Enablement and Awareness: Run internal enablement sessions to build awareness and understanding of awards and compliance rules and changes among our team members.
  • Collaboration with Industrial Relationship Lawyers: Work closely with our Industrial Relationship Lawyers to ensure we maintain strong credibility when working with and advising our customers.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: 4+ years of experience in a similar or related role, or direct experience in a Compliance and Awards Specialist position.
  • Compliance Management: Proven experience in compliance management, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards within the workforce or Human Resources industry.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
