Key Responsibilities:

  1. Extract, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify and rectify inconsistencies.
  2. Conduct audit investigations with a focus on data, reporting, and document management.
  3. Record and store data, process documentation, and investigation evidence.
  4. Support internal and external audit processes by providing system reporting and data expertise.
  5. Develop and implement governance frameworks and systems to ensure sustainable, strong IR compliance.
  6. Support change management and remedial actions.
  7. Produce essential data and reports to support wage and entitlement compliance projects.
  8. Drive compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant industrial laws and instruments.

About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and a strong understanding of payroll compliance. You should have experience interpreting payroll awards and be proficient in Excel. If you are a natural problem solver with a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
