Clinical Nurse Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our Mobile Intensive Rehabilitation Team at Kirwan Health Campus. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the Team Leader and Senior Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive care planning for consumers with complex mental health needs.
The successful candidate will oversee the functions of the nursing staff and be actively involved in supporting the multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality care. This is a permanent full-time opportunity that offers a generous remuneration package and a range of benefits.
About the UnitThe Mobile Intensive Rehabilitation Team (MIRT) is a dynamic and responsive service that provides psychosocial rehabilitation to consumers with complex mental health needs. Our team is dedicated to building on personal strengths, achieving recovery goals, and improving health/illness management.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proof of qualification (Bachelor of Nursing)
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A current practising certificate
- Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field (highly desirable)
- Eligibility for appointment as an Authorised Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) under the Mental Health Act 2016 (well regarded)
- Possession of a class C drivers' licence
