Clinical Nurse Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our Mental Health Team in Townsville. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health assessment, case management, and intervention services to consumers in the community.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing and experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment. You will be responsible for implementing individual assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up services, as well as providing liaison with referring agents and discharge planning.

Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive mental health assessment and case management services to consumers in the community
- Implement individual assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up services
- Provide liaison with referring agents and discharge planning
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality mental health services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and well-being
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $ to $ p.f. (Nurse Grade 7), annual leave with 17.5% loading, and 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.
