The successful candidate will work as part of the General Surgery multidisciplinary team, providing support and surveillance to General Surgical cancer patients throughout their cancer journey.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert nursing leadership and coordination within a Vascular environment.
- Sound knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and theory, with the ability to apply relevant legislation, guidelines, and standards.
- Integrate the strategic direction and priorities for quality improvement into the clinical service, establishing a quality framework.
- Advanced leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, and change management skills to ensure customer-focused service provision amongst the multidisciplinary team.
- High-level communication skills required for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Use information and reporting systems appropriate to the position.
- Ongoing professional development of self and others.
- Understanding of teaching and learning in the health care environment (adult learning principles) with demonstrated clinical teaching and facilitation skills.
We offer a generous remuneration package, comprising a salary range of $143,924 to $151,695 per annum, plus 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation, and other employment benefits.

Requirements- Proof of qualification (Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent), registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and possession of a current practising certificate.
