We are seeking an Account Manager to ensure the long-term success of our business by building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
This role involves managing multiple tier one accounts, developing proactive engagement plans, and meeting regularly with customers to guarantee their satisfaction with our subscription billing services.
The successful candidate will act as a point of contact and escalation, coordinating across departments including Customer Service, Merchant Operations, Product & Engineering.
In this exciting growth phase, you will work closely with a new sales team, driving change within the organization and guiding us through its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities- Protect existing revenue and drive growth opportunities in line with company targets and defined account segments
- Develop a proactive engagement plan for each account, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are aligned
- Negotiate commercial arrangements and reviews with customers, demonstrating business acumen
- Take ownership of account engagement and provide the framework for key documents, processes, and people to support defined outcomes
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role - account management and payments experience essential
- Experience providing advice and consultation to clients based on their needs, setting expectations, and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes are achievable
- Experience in contract negotiation and renewal management, especially in a SaaS/Subscription based business model
