A Growth Oriented Business Leader will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining outstanding relationships with brokers in NSW, and identifying new opportunities to expand our business.
- Sales Performance: Achieve application results across LMG + Mortgage Choice products, delivering strong revenue growth.
- Broker Relationships: Build and maintain exceptional relationships with brokers, ensuring seamless communication and proactive management of pipeline scenarios and submitted applications.
- New Business Development: Identify and engage new broker relationships, fostering advocacy and securing long-term partnerships.
- Onboarding and Training: Conduct interactive sessions providing in-depth knowledge of our products, processes, and customer base.
- Internal Decision Making: Contribute to discussions on opportunities to improve and enhance our business operations.
