We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Account Development Executive. In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing them with products and services to help their businesses thrive.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, focusing on customer retention and growth through effective pipeline management, cross-selling additional products, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thinks analytically, and is able to build strong rapport with business owners and stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong commercial and financial acumen, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-sell additional products to support business growth
- Maximise retention to meet defined overall portfolio targets for growth
- Maintain a high level of knowledge for related products, underwriting policy, systems, and processes
- Think conceptually and analytically to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous relationship management and consultative sales experience
- Proven track record of delivering results
- Strong portfolio and pipeline management skills
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to respectfully challenge the status quo
- Able to build rapport rapidly and engage with business owners and stakeholders such as accountants, financial controllers, or CFOs
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
- Strong commercial and financial acumen and the ability to have financial conversations on working capital and cash flow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
