Celotti Workforce is seeking a skilled Payroll and HR Administration Specialist to join our team in Coopers Plains, QLD. This is a permanent position offering an immediate start.
About the Role:
- End-to-end payroll processing, including resolving employee queries and managing leave requests.
- Providing administrative support to the finance team and HR Manager, including data entry and general ledger reconciliation.
- Maintaining HR and employee records, files, and databases, as well as creating employment contracts and contributing to HR policy development.
- Coordinating induction and mandatory training, and ensuring employee training records are up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing for a medium to large organization.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll processing, with advanced knowledge of relevant employment and statutory legislation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and provide high-level support to the team.
- Intermediate-level Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
