Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our ANZ Human Resources Team in Brisbane. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for payroll processing and administration activities for approximately 1100 employees, ensuring timely, accurate, and legally compliant payments.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll and manage employee records with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Collaborate with the ANZ Human Resources Team to provide exceptional employee experiences
  • Ensure HR systems are regularly updated and maintained


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Previous administration experience, preferably in HR or payroll

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
