Job Description

At Coronado Global Resources, we are seeking a skilled Payroll and HR Reporting Specialist to join our team in Brisbane. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of weekly wages and monthly staff payroll.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert guidance on legislative and system changes, payroll compliance, and industrial instruments.
  • Maintaining and reviewing payroll records, HR system data, and ensuring the accuracy of payroll requirements.
  • Managing external reporting requirements and acting as the primary contact for regulatory bodies.
  • Analysing payroll data to identify trends and support management decisions.
  • Performing end-of-month/year processes, payroll audits, and reconciliations.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience with SAP payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and employment legislation.
  • Familiarity with remuneration and benefits matters.
  • Technically proficient with problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in developing and streamlining reports.
