We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our passionate team at Highpoint.

This is a fixed term casual role from 28 October 2024 until 20 January 2025, covering the busy Christmas period.

About the Role

  • Deliver world-class customer service experience to every customer.
  • Become a tea and brewing expert by continually expanding your knowledge of products.
  • Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
  • Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.

About You

  • You act with the customer in mind.
  • You are ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • You are self-motivated and ready to learn.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous.
