Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Tal Services Limited.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via telephony and online platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Tele Underwriting and Interviews: You will perform high-quality tele underwriting and interviews with customers, ensuring that all interactions meet TAL's service standards and quality expectations.
  • Enquiries and Escalations: You will respond to customer enquiries and escalate complex issues to ensure timely resolutions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work collaboratively with your team to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Compliance and Quality: You will adhere to TAL's compliance and quality procedures, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process enhancements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or underwriting administration role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • A strong ability to empathise with customers, actively listening to their needs and concerns.
  • Motivation to learn and develop new skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.

What We Offer

Tal Services Limited offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also provides opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and support to enhance your skills and career prospects.
