This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to take full ownership of day-to-day kitchen operations across two popular outlets.

Job Description

As a skilled culinary leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy dual-venue setting, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are maintained at all times.

You will lead, mentor and develop a diverse team of chefs and kitchen hands, while collaborating closely with senior leadership to develop menus that delight loyal guests and attract new diners.

  • Maintain exceptional levels of service, ensuring efficient and organized kitchen operations during peak trade.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to manage supplier relationships and monitor food costs to achieve budget targets.
  • Promote a positive, respectful work environment aligned with our venue's core values of trust, integrity, continuous improvement and community.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek someone with proven experience as a Head Chef in a busy, high-volume environment, who possesses strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and traditional cooking methods.

  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate, train and retain staff.
  • Strong operational skills, with experience managing food costs and suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
