Senior Kitchen Manager

Your Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present high-quality dishes with creativity and consistency.
- Assist in the management of kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service across both restaurant and function settings.
- Lead and inspire kitchen staff to deliver excellence under pressure.
- Maintain a clean and compliant kitchen environment aligned with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with senior chefs to manage food and labor costs efficiently.
- Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of senior chef.
- A driven and passionate chef with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong experience in high-volume venues, including restaurants, cafes, or functions.
- Diploma in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Certification.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Clear communicator with a positive and professional attitude.
- Must have full-time working rights in Australia.
