Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead the development of innovative automation and robotics solutions for our regional market.

This strategic role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive growth and transformation.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Proof of Concept initiatives that integrate automation and robotics technologies to support customer ambitions.
  • Mentor and guide regional engineers to ensure structured processes, high-quality delivery, and adherence to safety and business best practices.
  • Represent the organization at executive forums, trade shows, and industry seminars to strengthen market presence and influence.

Requirements:

  1. Engineering Degree with at least 8+ years' experience in automation, robotics, or industrial solutions, including project management.
  2. Leadership skills, proven ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams, take ownership of results, and drive change with resilience.
  3. Business acumen, skilled in developing compelling proposals, securing funding or grants, and shaping innovative business models.
  4. Excellent communication skills with a track record of building partnerships with government, universities, industry leaders, and internal teams.
  5. Strong knowledge of automation and robotics technologies (PLCs, SCADA, robotics, Industry 4.0) with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
