Automated Dialler Strategist

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Customer & Business Operations as the Automated Dialler Strategist.

This role involves overseeing the operation of automated diallers and devising strategies to ensure seamless implementation, confirming all leads are dialled according to strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • List Management: Manage outbound lists in real-time to enhance campaign success.
  • Campaign Setup: Confirm campaigns are set up and running correctly, adapting strategies throughout the day.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with teams for new development, testing, and implementation of campaigns.
  • Dialler Settings: Maintain/update dialler settings to maximise scheduling and efficiency.
  • Staffing: Ensure adequate staffing to meet Spin Rate and Contact Ratio objectives.
  • Reporting: Provide reporting and performance monitoring to internal departments using diverse data sources.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in outbound management within large contact centres.
  • Software Skills: Experience in Genesys, Aspect / Alvaria Workforce Management highly desirable.
  • Analytical Abilities: Demonstrated time management skills and analytical abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
