Product Leadership - Automation Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Strategist to drive the growth of our messaging capabilities, enhancing conversational experiences for businesses.

Your key role will be integral and impactful, driving business success through Messaging engagement with customers.

  • Prioritize and deliver on our messaging automation tool roadmap, accelerating Zendesk's bot offering and automation capabilities.
  • In sync with corporate and team objectives, develop short and long-term strategies for Answer Bot based on customer feedback, data, and market needs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design/UX teams to plan and deliver new features to Answer Bot.

You will frequently collaborate with product teams working on Messaging and workflows in multiple locations. Your position requires excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with other functions.
