About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as an Assistant Customer Service Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our customers in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager in leading, coaching, and supporting the Customer Service team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
