About the Role

JRM Hospitality is seeking an experienced and motivated Venue Manager for a renowned hospitality venue in the Sutherland Shire.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As Venue Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a popular and dynamic venue, ensuring the smooth running of all service areas while focusing on growth and development across food and beverage, as well as gaming and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the venue to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction, including all key aspects such as promotional activities, security, facility upkeep, food and beverage operations, sales, event coordination, gaming operations, compliance and financial transactions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in food and beverage sales, gaming, and event bookings.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a dedicated team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure any concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
About You
  • Previous experience in Venue Management with a proven track record in food and beverage, gaming, and events management.
  • RSA & ARCG accreditation required; wagering accreditation and industry licences are advantageous.
  • A strong focus on customer service with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Experience in managing budgets, achieving sales targets, and maximising profits.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills with a hands-on approach to operations.

Salary: Up to $100,000 per annum + Super + Annual KPI 20% bonus. With a strong focus on career development opportunities and a well-established venue and group, this is a great chance to advance your hospitality career.
