Oshc Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate OSHC Coordinator to oversee the daily operations and strategic development of our Outside School Hours Care program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to creating engaging experiences for young children and making a positive impact on their lives.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the school, families, local community groups, and contract partners to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes;
  • Fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication;
  • Leading a team of educators to deliver a high-quality and fun Outside School Hours Care program;
Requirements:
  • A minimum Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care;
  • Relevant experience and qualifications such as HLTAID012 First Aid and WWCC Employee edition;
