Room Leader Job

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Leader to join our team at one of our early learning centres in Bendigo.

This role involves leading, managing, and motivating appointed room staff to achieve the objectives of the Centre and support staff in their development. The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting with the mentoring of permanent and casual employees.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage and motivate room staff to deliver high-quality services
  • Assist with mentoring permanent and casual employees
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth operation of the centre

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood/Children's Services or equivalent, as well as First Aid and CPR certification. Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification and a Working with Children Card are also essential requirements.
