Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead our innovative childcare program for children with disabilities.
About the Role:
- Manage and implement child-centered educational and recreational programs, ensuring alignment with developmental goals.
- Lead reflective discussions, mentor educators, and provide support to children who attend the school.
- Coordinate after-school and school holiday care programs, maintaining adherence to policies and quality standards.
Requirements:
- A recognised minimum qualification in early childhood education or a related field.
- Experience in childcare, education, or disability services, including supporting individuals with complex needs.
- Strong knowledge of child development, education, and safety practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
