Job Opportunity:

A childcare centre in a desirable location is seeking an experienced leader to manage its daily operations and drive the success of the centre.

  • The successful candidate will oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of engaging educational programs that promote children's development and wellbeing.
  • They will lead, support, and mentor educators and staff to cultivate a collaborative team culture and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong partnerships with children, families, and the wider community.
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • Lead and manage a dedicated team of educators and staff.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma, Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Possess strong communication and leadership skills.
