We are seeking an exceptional childcare leader to join our team. As a Lead Childcare Professional, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of educators to deliver high-quality childcare services.
About the Role:- Lead a team of childcare professionals to provide excellent care and education to children.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve centre performance and achieve business goals.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of Centre funds.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
- Supervise and support educators in their daily work, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
- Conduct regular meetings with educators to discuss performance, provide feedback and set goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and the community to promote the Centre's image and reputation.
- Collaborate with other Centre leaders to achieve shared business objectives.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role in childcare.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets and resources.
- $100,000+ salary package.
