About Our Program Leader Role

At Camp Australia, we prioritize the growth and development of children in our care. We guide their progress before school, after school, and during the holidays. In Bendigo, VIC, you will lead a passionate team of educators dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming environment where children can relax, have fun, and thrive.

In this role, you will design and maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program. You will plan and deliver daily activities for primary-aged kids, prepare and serve healthy snacks, and build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.

Your Qualifications:

  • A strong approach to childcare with excellent relationship-building skills
  • A completed or working towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent
  • A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • Availability from 6:30 am - 8:30 am and 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
  • A valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
