Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter, completing rental bookings, and responding to general customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish customer car rental needs by actively listening and reviewing ABG's various add-ons and services to determine the best options for the customer.
- Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.
- Complete rental bookings in a timely and accurate manner, while providing exceptional customer service.
- Answer customer questions and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Hourly pay, loadings, and commission incentives.

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles.
- The ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
- Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.
