Rental Sales Specialist

At Trane Technologies, we're looking for a skilled Rental Sales Engineer to drive the growth of our temporary solutions in HVAC-R. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to expand our emergency response rentals, cooling and heating contingency plans, and non-emergency markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire and close sales opportunities to grow emergency response rentals and non-emergency markets.
• Identify potential rental opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Develop tailored technical solutions based on customer needs and specifications.
• Create and design rental quotes, including turn-key solution proposals.
• Collaborate with Rental Services teams to develop vertical market strategies for temporary solutions.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC-R rental equipment sales experience or commercial/industrial HVAC-R service sales experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC-R systems, account management, and service agreements.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel to customer job sites, including outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms.
