THE ROLE

We're seeking a Customer Service and Rental Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As the face of our company, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and addressing any issues that may arise.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
  • Prepare and clean our campervans;
  • Maintain our campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance and repair needs;
  • Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments;
  • Handle complaints and troubleshoot emergencies.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
  • Excellent communication skills and a talent for direct customer contact;
  • Eligibility to work in Australia, a valid driver's license, and confidence in driving a campervan;
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays;
  • A responsible individual who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;
  • Someone who is well-organized and skilled at solving problems.
