Overview

AFL Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Enquiry Manager to join their team. As a key member of the New Client Enquiries/Client Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for new clients.

Job Description

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all new incoming clients via phone. Your duties will include conducting initial fact-finds, attending to client queries, making preliminary assessments, allocating solicitors who are best suited to assist them, and arranging client-solicitor meetings. You may also provide administrative support to lawyers as needed.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 12 months' experience in a busy phone-based customer service role. You must have outstanding customer-service skills, be patient and empathetic, and possess clear communication and professional phone manner. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including word processing, data entry, and typing speed (minimum 55-60wpm), are essential. A genuine interest in the legal industry and a desire to progress your career with a top law firm are also required.
