The Role

We are seeking a CORPORATE CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST to provide support to all Shorty's business functions to ensure delivery of a positive outcome for our customers.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls, emails, and live chat enquiries for Shorty's Liquor and Gifting Hubs. You will identify and resolve customer issues/concerns promptly, deliver a high level of customer service both internally and externally, and maintain a friendly and positive phone manner.

In addition to customer service, you will assist with live chat management and after-sales support for Shorty's Liquor and Gifting Hubs, order processing with accuracy and in a timely manner, and build rapport and manage simple queries with non-managed customers.

You will also stay across new product trends and actively communicate to the business, assist with content uploads, and support with purchasing administration.

What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of $60,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within the beverage industry
  • A customer-centric attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Product and industry knowledge would be advantageous
