Job Overview

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Sydney team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our contractor and supplier clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales development, customer service, and contractor management.

Responsibilities
  • Fielding incoming calls and enquiries from customers
  • Providing proactive support to customers through phone and email
  • Assisting customers in navigating ISNetworld, our product
  • Working collaboratively with the client development team to drive account expansion and new client prospecting
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation (0 – 4 years of experience)
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail applications)
  • A genuine desire to progress into a sales development role
Compensation and Benefits

Total annual compensation consists of base salary and target incentives.

You can expect a total potential compensation of $92,500 - $96,000 AUD annually if targets are met.

The base pay is $85,000 AUD annually, with target incentives up to $7,500 - $11,000 AUD.
