About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service and Support Expert to join our team at Auto Parts Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, efficiently managing their parts enquiries, requests, and quotes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to identify and interpret parts through our enterprise applications, respond to customer escalations, and maintain departmental KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level service to customers, efficiently managing their parts enquiries, requests, and quotes.
- Manage an efficient phone service, answer all calls, and provide a professional and effective customer experience.
- Identify and interpret parts through our enterprise applications.
- Respond to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records.
- Maintain departmental KPIs and focus on continuous improvement.
