Salary

The salary for this position is between $60,000 and $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

A Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with their orders and enquiries, contributing to the overall progression of the Customer Service Team, and processing sales orders and credit notes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with their orders and enquiries
  • Contributing to the overall progression of the Customer Service Team
  • Processing sales orders and credit notes
  • Actioning emails and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Creation of quotations
  • Providing order confirmations with updates on pricing, inventory availability, and despatch timing
  • Providing updates to the sales team as required
  • Creation and updates of Bills of Materials to achieve customer requirements
  • Escalation to the Inventory team when back-orders arise
  • Management of customer specific data
