Position Overview

We invite you to join our team as a Client Engagement Specialist, where you will play a vital role in connecting with our valued clients in the automotive sector. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with our business partners, keeping them informed about current promotions and ensuring their satisfaction with our offerings through regular communication and feedback collection. This role presents an exciting opportunity to utilize your communication, negotiation, and adaptability skills in a dynamic environment, all while providing exceptional service and fostering long-lasting client relationships.

Key Information:

  • Full-time position
  • Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend or evening shifts
  • Four weeks off during the holiday season
  • Located in a central business district
  • Position based in Australia

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and handle related tasks.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling or cross-selling tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to design customized solutions that address specific business requirements.
  • Conduct precise data entry in accordance with established accuracy standards and performance indicators.

Candidate Profile:

You are a customer-centric professional, preferably with experience in the automotive sector, skilled at promptly addressing client needs and building strong relationships. You possess the ability to identify sales opportunities, exceed targets, and deliver tailored solutions through effective teamwork. Your attention to detail and results-oriented approach ensure efficient multitasking and organized task management, supported by strong administrative capabilities. Your background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or contact center environments, along with a commitment to safety and compliance, aligns seamlessly with our expectations.
